Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — we'll keep you posted.

Domestic Shipping (United States)We ship via USPS and UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival — these are the responsibility of the customer. Sunshine Cowgirl Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at [your contact email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Note on Coffee Freshness We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness. For the best experience, we recommend brewing your coffee within 2–4 weeks of the roast date.
