At Sunshine Cowgirl Coffee Co., we stand behind every bag we roast and every product we ship. Your satisfaction means everything to us.

Bagged Coffee Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all bagged coffee sales are final once opened. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original, sealed condition.

Merchandise (Mugs, Water Bottles, Apparel & Accessories) We accept returns on unused, unworn merchandise in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Items must be free of damage, odors, and signs of use.

To initiate a return, email us at ubrc@live.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
